Within the framework of Tanta University’s ongoing commitment to strengthening academic and professional integration under the umbrella of the Delta Region Universities Alliance, in a manner that supports the developmental objectives of Egypt, Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Tanta University President, received today, Monday, March 9, 2026, Prof. Nasser Abdel Bari, President of Sadat City University, at his office.

   The meeting was attended by Prof. Mona Al-Aassar, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy; Prof. Mohamed Hantira, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine; and Prof. Hesham Tawfik, Professor of Oncology at the Faculty of Medicine.

   The meeting addressed opportunities for exchanging expertise between the faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy, as well as coordinating research and therapeutic efforts to maximize the utilization of the distinguished academic cadres and advanced medical facilities available at both universities.

   Following the meeting, the public defense of the master’s thesis submitted by Clinical Pharmacist Ahmed Ezzat Saad Mahmoud Bashir was held at the Seminar Hall on the sixth floor of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tanta University.
