Under the patronage of Prof. Mona Abdel Hamid Al-Aassar, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tanta University, and Prof. Eman Goda Khedr, Acting Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and under the supervision of Prof. Naglaa Fathy Khedr, Acting Head of the Department of Biochemistry, and Asst. Prof. Mariam Ali Kamel Abu Seif, Coordinator of the Diploma Program in Healthcare Nutrition, the practical training activities on the compounding of parenteral nutrition solutions started for students of the sixth cohort of the Diploma Program in Healthcare Nutrition.

   The training was delivered by Pharmacist Samar Noufal, Therapeutic Nutrition Expert, on Sunday, 11 January 2026. The program included a comprehensive presentation of the scientific principles underlying the compounding of parenteral nutrition solutions, in addition to hands-on practical training conducted in accordance with the highest standards of quality and occupational safety.
