As part of Tanta Faculty of Pharmacy’s commitment to applying quality standards and enhancing the level of services provided, the faculty received the ISO 9001:2015 certification for the Pharmaceutical Services Center on Sunday, August 9, 2026. The certification was received under the auspices and in the presence of Prof. Mona Abdel Hamid El-Aassar, Dean of Tanta Faculty of Pharmacy, and in the presence of Prof. Sherin Farouk Hammad, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Mr. Mahmoud El-Olaimi, Director of Egyptian Co. for Certification System, the certification body that awarded the certificate.

   The Pharmaceutical Services Center was represented during the certification ceremony by Ms. Manar Mohamed El-Tamlawy, Quality Manager at the Pharmaceutical Services Center; Ms. Shaimaa Ahmed Abdel Ghafar, Laboratory Specialist at the Center; and Mr. Hossam Mohamed Wagdy, Administrative Supervisor. This achievement is part of the center’s ongoing efforts to implement quality management systems and comply with internationally recognized standards.
