Under the patronage of and in the presence of Prof. Mona Abdel Hamid Al-Aassar, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and Prof. Sherin Farouk Hammad, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Mahmoud El-Shahawy — Acting Manager of the Pharmaceutical Services Center — received on Monday, 13 July 2026 the second annual follow-up audit team for the Center’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. The audit team comprised: Dr. Sherif Mushait, Lead Auditor, and Mr. Mahmoud El-Olaimy, General Manager of the Egyptian Company for Quality Certification Systems (EGCS). The purpose of the visit was to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the center’s quality management system and to verify its conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 through review of management, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement.
