The Faculty of Pharmacy at Tanta University, under the leadership of Prof. Mona Abdel Hamid Al-Aassar, Dean of the Faculty, extends its heartfelt congratulations to its esteemed faculty members on the occasion of their successful completion of the "Academic Leadership Development" training program, organized by the Main Center for Sustainable Training at Tanta University. The faculty members include Prof. Amira Hassan Kamal, Professor of Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry; Prof. Samah Farouk El-Molla, Professor of Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry; Asst. Prof. Haitham Omar Tawfik, Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry; and Asst. Prof. Mahmoud Hassan Farghaly, Assistant Professor at the Department of Microbiology and Immunology.
The completion of this program reflects the faculty members' commitment to enhancing their leadership and managerial skills, as well as developing their professional capabilities. This contributes to elevating the quality of academic and institutional performance, while preparing qualified cadres capable of supporting developmental initiatives and achieving the university’s strategic goals.
The program featured a series of specialized lectures covering several significant topics, including institutional development and international relations, strategic planning, crisis and risk management, and the legal, financial, and administrative aspects of universities. Additionally, the curriculum addressed self-development towards smart universities, as well as leadership, supervision, and team management.
The Faculty of Pharmacy at Tanta University reaffirms its continuous support for its faculty members and teaching assistants who participate in specialized training and qualification programs.
