  • There are rules to identify pre-faltering students and academically faltering students through the results of annual exams (year’s work and the end of the semester) and by monitoring the attendance or absence of students and their attention or distraction during theoretical lessons and practical sessions.

Financial and social support


  1. First: Financial support
    The college helps students who are financially unable, by providing free textbooks, contributing financially to pay their tuition fees, and creating savings books for some students through donations from some faculty members and some businessmen through the Student Welfare Office.

    Social Solidarity Fund Aid: Through the Fund, cash and in-kind assistance is provided to deserving students.
    How the student obtains Social Solidarity Fund aid:-
    • The student applies to the social worker in the student care department at the college to obtain a letter addressed to the social unit to which the student belongs.
    • The student submits the social research and is accompanied by a certified statement proving the family’s income (salary statement... pension... agricultural holding... administrative certificate for self-employment).
    • The student submits an application in the name of Mr. Prof. Dr. / Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Social Solidarity Fund.

    • Nutrition packages for some students to receive lunch every week, except Thursday and Friday, through the Student Welfare Office.

  3. Nutrition card
    Nutrition cards are issued for students to obtain nutrition coupons for lunch for four days a week, which are Sunday... Monday... Tuesday... Wednesday... Nutrition coupons are disbursed weekly on Monday and Tuesday for the following week: Conditions for issuing nutrition cards:
    • The student must be a new recruit in his group.
    • He must have paid university fees.

Supporting outstanding and creative people


There are rules for identifying outstanding students through the results of the annual exams (year’s work and the end of the semester), and for identifying creative students through the Student Welfare Department, as well as through theoretical lectures and practical classes.
These students are supported and motivated by granting them a card called (Excellence Card) that grants them some privileges as an exception to the general standard for non-excellent students, moral support by creating honor boards that are displayed on the display screen at the college entrance and on the website, providing free courses to develop their skills, and financial support. Students also enjoy free trips outside the country (student exchange program).

Academic guidance


Objectives of academic advising: The primary goal of the academic advisor is to guide and guide the student in choosing the appropriate courses according to the academic plan established to successfully obtain the academic degree. And helping him overcome the obstacles he encounters in his studies at the college. As well as providing advice on matters that affect his studies. In general terms, the advisor’s task does not go beyond providing assistance, as the student bears the responsibility The final responsibility is for knowing the academic system.
