The Pharmaceutical Services Center at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tanta University, participated in the activities of the Pharmaconex Exhibition in Cairo on September 1–2, 2025, as part of its commitment to strengthening cooperation with pharmaceutical companies and staying updated on the latest developments in the pharmaceutical market.

The Center’s delegation included:

• Dr. Mahmoud El-Shahawy – Lecturer of Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry and Acting Manager of the Center

• M.Sc. Manar El-Tamlawy – Quality Assurance Manager at the Bioequivalence Unit

• Pharmacist Hadeer El-Sayyad – Quality Assurance Manager at the Stability Unit

• M.Sc. Sandy Hassan – Analysis Specialist

• Chemist Alaa El-Fakharany – Analysis Specialist

• Chemist Doaa El-Mobayyid – Analysis Specialist

• Mr. Hossam Wagdy – Administrative Supervisor

   During the visit, the team met with representatives of pharmaceutical companies, suppliers of chemicals, equipment, and laboratory requirements, where they discussed prospects for joint cooperation in various fields. Members of the delegation also took part in a number of specialized seminars and workshops held on the sidelines of the exhibition, which addressed the latest advancements in the pharmaceutical industry.

     This participation occurred in line with the center’s mission to enhance its role as a link between the university and industry, and to further its efforts in providing distinguished services, including bioequivalence studies, stability studies, as well as various advanced research services.
