In the framework of cooperation between Tanta University and Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, Tanta University President; Prof. Ahmed El-Tayeb, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar; and Prof. Mahmoud Selim, Vice President of Tanta University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Faculty of Pharmacy at Tanta University hosted the awareness symposium titled “The Value of Life” under the slogan "Religion and Life Between Reality and Change – 1000 Changes for the Love of Egypt". The event was held under the supervision of Prof. Mona Abdel Hamid Al-Aasr, Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, Tanta University, and Prof. Sahar El-Haggar, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development at the faculty, in coordination with Assist. Prof. Amal Abdel Sattar, Executive Manager of the University’s Main Center for Public Community Services. It was delivered by Dr. Abdel Kader Al-Tawil, Member of the Al-Azhar Global Center for Electronic Fatwa, on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Seminar Hall on the ground floor of the faculty.

   The symposium was attended by Prof. Naglaa Abdel Aziz El-Shetany, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Eman Goda Khedr, Acting Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research; many heads of scientific departments, academic staff members, teaching assistants, and administrative staff, as well as a lot of undergraduate and postgraduate students from the faculty.
