Prof. Mona Abdel Hamid Al-Aasr, Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, Tanta University, awarded certificates to academic staff members who participated in judging the Local Science and Engineering Fair (BASEF) for the 2024/2025 academic year. These certificates were presented on behalf of Mr. Nasser Hassan Ismail, Undersecretary of Ministry of Education in Gharbia, and Mr. Ahmed Fayed, Manager of Technological Development Center at the Directorate of Education in Gharbia.

   The competition, held at Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University, featured projects from Gharbia Governorate schools across various disciplines, including biomedical and health sciences, biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology, and botany.

The honored academic staff members are:

• Assist. Prof. Ola Abdel Salam El-Feky– Assistant Professor at Department of Biochemistry and Manager of the Disabled Unit at the faculty.

• Dr. Asmaa Abu Bakr Hedayah – Lecturer at Department of Pharmaceutical Technology.

• Dr. Walaa Ahmed Negm – Lecturer at Department of Drugs and Manger of the Training Unit.

• Dr. Engy Abdel Samee El-Ikhnawy – Lecturer at Department of Microbiology and Immunology and International Ranking Coordinator at the faculty.

• Dr. Doaa Eliwa Mohamed – Lecturer at Department of Drugs.

• Dr. Mary Aziz Asaad – Lecturer at Department of Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry.
