The Drug and Poison Information Center at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tanta University, advises everyone to fill out the questionnaire with the aim of exploring and evaluating the extent of awareness of the medical team members, "doctors, dentists, pharmacists and nursing staff", of the concept of pharmacovigilance, and achieving the vision of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Tanta University in preserving the patient's health and preventing the avoidance of risks resulting from the therapeutic process, which fits the vision of the university and the direction of the state to achieve the vision of Egypt 2030, in addition to assessing the need to hold training courses in the field of pharmacovigilance for health care providers.
